Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall be binding for every customer of Quick Cash Sell My Gold. In this document Quick Cash Sell My Gold will also be abbreviated. By shipping your goods to QCSMG you agree to all terms and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR USING OUR SERVICES

The customer must be the legal owner of any gold, precious metals, jewelry or any other property attempting to be sold to QCSMG. Customers must be at least 18 years of age. Customer must be acting on his or her own behalf and not for anyone else. Customers may be asked from QCSMG for identification I.D. or other proof of identity and proof of property shipped.

SHIPPING/PROTECTION AGAINST LOSS

QCSMG guarantees loss of any package that has been properly shipped to QCSMG in accordance with the instructions listed on the website and terms and conditions, and instructions mailed to the customer. Due to fraud QCSMG cannot be liable if the packages arrive at our facility empty or missing contents. It is for that reason we strongly suggest you follow our directions completely.the customer must take a picture of contents,ID and shipping label provided and than email to info@quickcashsellmygold.com. For insurability we must have this picture to insure your package, if a claim would arise.
There are detailed instructions in the mailing that will arrive at your properties address. Shipping contents must be shipped from a UPS Customer Center or FedEx staffed ship center and you must maintain a copy of the shipping receipt. Insurance coverage begins once your property is scanned into the mailing system. QCSMG insures packages on an individual basis up to $5,000. We determine this based on your contents estimated value that you are shipping to QCSMG, retrieved from the online form. If a customer wishes to have more coverage on a package they can call or email before we ship our packet to them. The package is protected from loss and damage up to the amount insured. QCSMG reserves the right to reject delivery if it appears to have been damaged or opened or tampered with and reserves the right to have it sent back to the customer if it arrives in such a manner. And QCSMG has no liability to any damaged property or the return thereof.

Insurance coverage requirements

In order for your insurance claim to be considered valid, you must have proof of value and purchase is required. Original receipts, previous appraisals, picture (of your contents,ID, and shipping label)detailed online contents form. Do not alter shipping labels. And do not add to the declared value it is insured already. Shipments must be dropped off at a” UPS Customer Center” or “FedEx staffed ship center”, so that the staff may inspect the packaging and insurance is maintained. QCSMG is not responsible for any packages that are shipped in packaging other than that which has been provided by QCSMG or packaging that is recommended and provided by UPS customer center or FedEx staffed ship centers, professionals. Customer must obtain and retain the UPS or FedEx shipping receipt, that is your proof that you dropped off your package. Hold on to this until the transaction is complete. Customers must fill out a website form with appropriate values and contents to the best of their ability. Along with the pictures QCSMG will determine the value to ensure if you believe you need to ensure more than $5,000 you must contact QCSMG via email or call customer service. QCSMG can use any carrier or insurance that they feel is best.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
This is a limitation liability and shall be binding on every customer and third party affiliates including but not limited to the customer and customer successors, assigners, insurance carriers and other individuals or entities asserting any right or claim relating to the customer’s transaction with QCSMG. QCSMG’s liability is specifically limited to the lesser of the following. 1/3 of the appraisal value determined by QCSMG.
The total insured amount, or $ 5000.

The customer agrees that if no appraisal was issued prior to QCSMG’s appraisal then QCSMG determines total value. QCSMG shall not be liable to anyone for any damages including but not limited to incidental consequential loss of profit or opportunity punitive damages other than what has been explained already. By shipping items to QCSMG for appraisal and or for sale the Customer/seller accepts this limitation of liability and all of the terms and conditions.

OUR OFFER
Customers may choose how they would like to receive their quote email or text. Once QCSMG receives an acceptance of the offer QCSMG will issue payment within one business day. If QCSMG receives a rejection of offer, items will be returned to the customer within five to seven business days, ensuring the package based on the value of QCSMG’s appraisal.
If the customer does not respond within 72 hours of the offer. QCSMG will issue a check in the quoted amount to the address specified. QCSMG will hold the property for 30 days or until the check has cashed whichever occurs first. Cashing the check is agreeing to the offer.
GOLD AND SILVER WEBSITE PRICES
QCSMG does not create the gold charts, nor does QCSMG have any influence on the charts, nor does QCSMG affect the spot price in the markets. The charts are on the website simply for general information and that the customers may see the price of pure metals. QCSMG is not held liable for any information that comes from these charts or is derived from these charts and prices. The charts by no means show what the customers will be paid; it’s simply to show the price of each metal.
RETURNS TO CUSTOMERS
If a customer desires to reject the offer from QCSMG, they must respond within 72 hours of the offer. If the response is not received within 72 hours. QCSMG will send a check in the full offer amount to the address supplied by the customer. If the rejection of offer is received within 72 hours, QCSMG agrees to ship return items back to the customer free of charge with insurance that covers the appraised value done by QCSMG. If the customer wants more Insurance than what it was appraised for, they have the option to pay for additional insurance. If they’d like they must contact QCSMG before the shipment has gone out and have paid the additional amount. If the customer does not respond before the return, property will be shipped at QCSMG’s appraisal amount.
LAW CLAIMS
This agreement, transactions, and interactions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law Provisions . QCSMG’s failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provision of the Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the party’s nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreements remain in full force and effect. You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary and claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services offered by QCSMG must be filed within 60 days from day shipped to QCSMG after such a claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in the state of pennsylvania. QCSMG shall be entitled to reimbursement for all costs incurred by it in defending any civil action filed or attempted to be filed in any jurisdiction outside of the state of Pennsylvania including but not limited to attorneys.
ADDITIONAL OFFERS
All promotional offers expire at the end of each transaction. If the promotional offer was not confirmed in writing or email by both parties it is null and void. Testimonial videos are sometimes an option for customers to receive a higher offer for their items. We will post some of these videos on various media platforms. Customers will not attempt to receive additional monetary gain from our posting of these testimonials, only from the original offer, and once this transaction is completed it is final. If at any time the customer wants these videos “taken down” they must submit a written letter and mail to our facility. Customers understand that we can only remove content from accounts that we control. And some content may remain online.
Subsale member
QCSMG has several “subsale members” that provide information and links to our services; they refer customers to our website. Subsale members must adhere to all rules, regulations and laws and the guidelines set by our program to maintain ethical advertising and practices to remain a subsale member. Though QCSMG does not have control over subsale member websites we do have full control over the memberships and can discontinue a membership if any violation in the terms and conditions or policies has occurred.
